Hydraulic Lock Nut

I. Overview    
    The hydraulic nuts and hydraulic locking nuts produced by our factory are a series of products developed based on years of practical production experience, referencing relevant technologies of foreign products, and incorporating requirements from various users. These products are suitable for bolts that require frequent assembly and disassembly; used in axial locking devices for equipment such as slitting lines, slitting machines, and cast-rolling mills; pre-tightening of oversized bolts; locking of large workpieces, and other applications. They can also serve as tools for hydraulic interference fit assembly and disassembly.
    Advantages of hydraulic nuts: · Easy and labor-saving operation · High pre-tightening force · Safe and reliable · Can be used in places where traditional methods are not feasible. Can replace imported products!
    Currently produced hydraulic nut specifications: M72×2–M320×6, with oil injection methods divided into axial and radial injection. Pressure ratings are 40 MPa and 21 MPa.
     Our factory can also design and manufacture according to user requirements to meet different thread specifications and locking travel needs.
